Booking Policy

A. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

INDIVIDUAL BOOKING

1. Deposit Payment

To hold the reservation, a deposit of 20% per person must be received and validated no later than 14 days after confirmation. Failure will result in automatic release of the space and we will offer the berths to other inquiries.

To confirm a reservation that takes place 45 days or more from the trip commencement date into a booking, client agree to comply with making a required validated deposit payment (consists of 20% of the total amount stated in the invoice) latest by 14 days after the invoice sent. To validate a payment, Grand Komodo will send the validation of deposit payment thru email once the deposit payment received in the bank account. Failure to comply result in the reservation automatically annulled.

2. Balance Payment

The balance payment must be settled and reach us 30 days prior to departure date.

In conjugation with the validated deposit payment, client agree to make a validated balance payment latest by 30 days before the trip commencement date. To validate a payment, Grand Komodo will send the validation of balance payment thru email once the balance payment received in the bank account. Failure to comply result in the booking automatically cancelled and client to refer to the cancellation policy.

3. Full Payment

To confirm a reservation that takes place 33 days or less from the trip commencement date into a booking, client agree to comply with making a required validated full payment latest by 72 hours after the invoice sent. To validate a payment, Grand Komodo will send the validation of full payment thru email once the full payment received in the bank account. Failure to comply result in the reservation automatically annulled.

GROUP BOOKING/CHARTER

1. Deposit Payment

20% non – refundable deposit is to be paid within 14 days after confirmation.

To confirm a reservation that takes place 45 days or more from the trip commencement date into a booking, client agree to comply with making a required validated deposit payment (consists of 20% of the total amount stated in the invoice) latest by 14 days after the invoice sent. To validate a payment, Grand Komodo will send the validation of deposit payment thru email once the deposit payment received in the bank account. Failure to comply result in the reservation automatically annulled.

2. Balance Payment

In conjugation with the validated deposit payment, client agree to make a validated balance payment latest by 45 days before the trip commencement date. To validate a payment, Grand Komodo will send the validation of balance payment thru email once the balance payment received in the bank account. Failure to comply result in the booking automatically cancelled and no refund whatsoever will be provided to the client.

3. Full Payment

To confirm a reservation that takes place 47 days or less from the trip commencement date into a booking, client agree to comply with making a required validated full payment latest by 72 hours after the invoice sent. To validate a payment, Grand Komodo will send the validation of full payment thru the email once the full payment received in the bank account. Failure to comply result in the reservation automatically annulled.

B. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be done either by cash, bank transfer, credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

C. CANCELLATION POLICY

INDIVIDUAL BOOKING

When a booking is cancelled 30 days or more from the trip commencement date, the cancellation fee is 20% from the total amount stated in the invoice. Any other payment made will be refunded to client and client bear the banking fee (if any).

When a booking is cancelled less than 30 days from the trip commencement date, the cancellation fee is 100% from the total amount stated in the invoice.

GROUP BOOKING/CHARTER

When a booking is cancelled 180 days or more from the trip commencement date, the cancellation fee is 20% from the total amount stated in the invoice. Any other payment made will be refunded to client and client bear the banking fee (if any).

When a booking is cancelled 180 days until 90 days from the trip commencement date, the cancellation fee is 30% from the total amount stated in the invoice. Any other payment made will be refunded to client and client bear the banking fee (if any).

When a booking is cancelled less than 90 days from the trip commencement date, the cancellation fee is 100% from the total amount stated in the invoice.

D. ADJUSTMENT

Adjustment on the passenger details of identity can be changed latest by 7 days before the trip commencement date for free unless if there is any fee incur by the third party in relation with the port clearance paperwork, insurance, park entrance pass, etc.

E. REPLACEMENT

Passenger can be replaced with other passenger latest by 7 days before the trip commencement date for free unless if there is any fee incur by the third party in relation with the port clearance paperwork, insurance, park entrance pass, etc.
